I run a consumer-facing brand that already has a presence across several general-interest subreddits, but our reputation there needs expert stewardship. My primary goal is reputation management, and I want this achieved through authentic, value-driven interactions—not blatant promotion. You’ll work exclusively with educational content that answers questions, clarifies misconceptions, and positions the brand as a helpful authority. To do that, you must bring your own mature Reddit accounts with solid karma and spotless histories. Those profiles will be our public face, so they need to look and feel like real community members. You should also be comfortable juggling multiple accounts at once, sliding naturally into conversations, and respecting each subreddit’s unique culture and rules. Here’s what I expect from you: • Account-based reputation monitoring: track mentions of the brand, flag emerging issues, and step in quickly with measured, constructive responses. • Ongoing engagement: spark and sustain discussions, upvote relevant threads, and seed educational posts that organically highlight our expertise. • Strategy & reporting: outline a clear weekly plan, execute it, and send concise reports summarizing activity, sentiment shifts, and next steps. Acceptance criteria: • No account or content strikes, warnings, or bans. • A measurable uptick in positive sentiment (I’ll provide benchmark data). • Transparent logs of posts, comments, and karma gained.
