POSITION OVERVIEW The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by the BCBA.
