Appointment Setter (Part-Time/Freelance) Location: Remote (UK preferred) About Veylin Veylin is a workplace wellbeing platform that helps organisations create healthier, more engaged workplaces through interactive wellbeing workshops and digital wellbeing tools. We work with businesses, charities, schools, and housing associations across the UK. We’re looking for a proactive and confident Appointment Setter to help us connect with decision-makers and book qualified meetings for our founder. Responsibilities * Research UK organisations that fit our ideal customer profile (50–500 employees). * Identify key decision-makers, including HR Managers, People Directors, Wellbeing Leads, CEOs, and Operations Managers. * Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and telephone. * Follow up consistently with prospects. * Qualify leads based on our criteria. * Book meetings directly into the founder’s calendar. * Keep accurate records of all outreach and conversations in our CRM or tracking system. * Work towards agreed monthly meeting targets. Requirements * Experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Confident speaking with senior business professionals. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Experience using CRM systems is desirable. Success Measures * Number of qualified meetings booked each month. * Quality of leads generated. * Consistent follow-up and pipeline management. * Positive communication and professionalism when representing Veylin.
