I’m rolling out a series of new residential developments across Egypt and need a mid-level sales professional who can close deals entirely from home. The role is 100 % commission-based—an exclusive 1.5 % on every unit you sell, with no taxes deducted on my end. You’ll receive fresh, qualified leads for apartments, villas, and gated-community units. From there, your day is yours to push deals forward: jump on the phone to answer questions, follow up with personalised emails, and keep the conversation alive on social media channels where many of our prospects begin their search. I supply all marketing collateral, price lists, and access to the CRM; you bring the negotiation skill, local market insight, and the drive to hit targets. Key deliverables • Weekly pipeline report pulled from the CRM • Signed sale agreements uploaded within 24 h of closing • End-of-month summary of total units sold and earned commission Acceptance criteria • At least three qualified showings (virtual or in-person) scheduled per week • Minimum one closed unit within your first 60 days If you know the Egyptian residential market, are comfortable working commissions only, and thrive on phone, email, and social outreach, I’d like to have you driving the sales of these projects.
