Work From Home Customer Support Associate We are hiring Work From Home Customer Support Associates to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. Pay: ₹120–₹135 per hour Role Responsibilities Handle customer queries through chat, email, or calls. Provide accurate information and timely resolutions. Maintain a professional and polite tone with customers. Follow company processes and support guidelines. Escalate complex issues when required. Ensure high-quality customer service at all times. Eligibility Requirements Processor: Intel i5 10th Generation or newer, or AMD Ryzen 5 processor. RAM: Minimum 12 GB. Storage: SSD hard drive only. Network: Gigabit Ethernet capability with Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload, less than 50 ms latency, and less than 0.5% packet loss. Dual Monitors: Required. A TV may be used as a second monitor if it supports HDMI, VGA, or DVI connection. Headset: USB hardwired headset with good audio quality and noise-cancelling microphone.
