# Freelance Finance & Accounting Manager ## About Us Serkayon Industrial Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. develops Industrial AI, IIoT, Manufacturing Intelligence, and Digital Factory solutions for manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. We are looking for a proactive finance professional to help build strong financial systems as we scale. ## Role We are seeking a freelance Finance & Accounting Manager (part-time/remote) to manage our financial operations, improve cash flow visibility, and provide management reports for business decisions. ## Responsibilities * Maintain accurate accounting records. * Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. * Track customer invoices, receivables, and vendor payments. * Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts. * Monitor project-wise profitability and margins. * Reconcile bank accounts and expenses. * Coordinate with our Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, ROC, and statutory compliance. * Develop financial dashboards and KPIs. * Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. * Support investor, loan, or grant documentation when required. ## Requirements * Experience in accounting and finance for startups, manufacturing, or technology companies. * Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. * Proficiency with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. * Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights. * Excellent communication and confidentiality. ## Engagement * Part-time freelance (10–20 hours per week). * Remote with weekly review meetings. * Long-term engagement preferred. ## Deliverables * Weekly financial dashboard. * Monthly MIS report. * Cash flow forecast. * Accounts receivable & payable report. * Project profitability report. * Budget vs Actual analysis. * Recommendations to improve cash flow and profitability. ## Success Metrics * Accurate monthly financial reporting. * Improved cash flow visibility. * Faster collections of outstanding invoices. * Better project margin tracking. * Timely financial insights for management decisions.
