Freelance Healthcare Talent Partner (Remote) About StrongBodyAI StrongBodyAI is an international AI-powered platform connecting healthcare and wellness professionals with global digital opportunities. We are expanding our partner network in Turkey and are seeking Freelance Healthcare Talent Partners to support our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities * Identify qualified healthcare and wellness professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, therapists, fitness coaches, yoga instructors, and aesthetic specialists. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, online job boards, referrals, and professional communities. * Present the StrongBodyAI platform and explain the benefits of joining. * Assist candidates with account registration, profile completion, and onboarding. * Maintain regular communication with candidates until their onboarding process is successfully completed. ## What We Offer * Remote freelance collaboration * Flexible working hours * Part-time or full-time opportunities * Recruitment training and onboarding guidance * Marketing materials and recruitment resources * Ongoing support from the StrongBodyAI operations team ## Compensation * Receive USD 40 for each healthcare professional who successfully registers and activates their membership on the platform. ## Qualifications * Excellent communication and networking skills * Ability to work independently and manage candidate outreach * Previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage * Healthcare or wellness industry knowledge or professional connections are preferred Join StrongBodyAI and help healthcare professionals expand their careers through an innovative global AI platform while developing your recruitment expertise.
