Position Overview We are seeking a People and Culture Specialist to serve as a driving force behind our employee experience, engagement, and company values. This role is a hybrid of an HR Generalist and a Culture Ambassador, responsible for managing key HR administrative functions while actively shaping and promoting a supportive, high-performance culture across our remote teams. Key Responsibilities Culture & Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and recognition programs that reinforce ProviderNow's mission and values. Onboarding & Integration: Manage the seamless onboarding and orientation process for new hires, focusing on cultural assimilation and connecting them with company resources. HR Administration: Serve as a dedicated HR Generalist, managing the day-to-day administration of benefits, leave requests, and maintaining accurate data within the HRIS. Internal Communications: Coordinate company-wide communications regarding HR updates, policy changes, and important cultural events. Compliance Support: Assist the Compliance and People teams in tracking mandatory training, such as HIPAA and security protocols, ensuring all employees adhere to necessary regulations. Perks & Logistics: Oversee the administration of employee perks, stipends, and the logistics for virtual and occasional in-person company events. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a role with significant culture-building responsibilities. Demonstrated passion for employee engagement and building a positive, inclusive work environment. Foundational knowledge of HR best practices, benefits administration, and basic employment laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft engaging internal content. Experience coordinating events (virtual and in-person) and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Why ProviderNow?
