**Remote IT Infrastructure Support Specialist Needed (India & Philippines)** We are looking for a skilled **Remote IT Support Specialist** based in **India or the Philippines** to assist with laptop setup, system configuration, and remote technical operations. This role requires **strong technical skills and hands-on IT experience**. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing computer systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting remote work environments. **Position:** Remote IT Support Specialist **Location:** India / Philippines (Work from Home) **Compensation:** $300/month **Workload:** Approximately 2–5 hours per week ### Key Responsibilities: * Set up and configure laptops for remote users * Install and configure operating systems, applications, and security tools * Perform remote troubleshooting and technical support * Configure user accounts, permissions, and system settings * Assist with network, VPN, and remote access setup * Maintain device performance and security standards * Provide technical guidance when required ### Required Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS systems * Experience with laptop setup and system configuration * Remote desktop support experience (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.) * Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, IP configuration, VPN) * Software installation and troubleshooting skills * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently ### Preferred Qualifications: * Experience as an IT Support Engineer, System Administrator, or Help Desk Technician * Knowledge of cloud platforms and remote management tools * Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and device maintenance * Good English communication skills ### Requirements: * Reliable internet connection * Personal computer/laptop for support tasks * Ability to work remotely from home * Available for occasional technical requests This is a flexible part-time remote opportunity for someone with strong IT skills who wants consistent monthly compensation. **To apply, please send:** * Your location (India or Philippines) * Technical background * Years of IT experience * Tools and technologies you have worked with * Availability
