Remote Java Feature Development Support

Descripción de la oferta
I need an experienced Java engineer who can jump on scheduled calls and guide me through daily feature-building tasks in a Spring Boot, JSP/J2EE application backed by MySQL. You will not receive direct access to the codebase or servers; instead, I’ll share my screen and walk you through the current state of each module. Your role is to clarify design choices, suggest clean implementations, and help me finish new features efficiently. The focus is purely on feature development—no formal code reviews or bug-hunting sessions—so I’m looking for someone who loves crafting new functionality, structuring controllers, services, and repositories, and shaping performant SQL queries when the feature touches the database. If a question arises about best practices or edge-case handling, I’ll rely on your expertise in Spring Boot annotations, JSP tag libraries, and standard J2EE patterns to steer me in the right direction. Typical call flow: I explain the user story, share the existing code, we discuss the approach, and you outline the steps or sample snippets I should add. After the session I implement, test, and circle back only if additional clarification is needed, keeping the engagement light yet productive. If you are comfortable mentoring in real time, have solid Spring Boot and JSP experience, and can think on your feet while I code, let’s talk—I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
