My five-person consulting firm needs a dependable partner who can handle our day-to-day IT environment entirely off-site. While we will continue to lean on you for onboarding and security matters, the area that will make or break this relationship is ongoing IT support; keeping us up and running without hiccups is the priority. Here is what the engagement looks like from my side: • On an average month you will perform regular system maintenance, jump in quickly to troubleshoot anything that crops up, tune performance so laptops stay snappy, and spin up new machines or cloud user profiles whenever we add a team member. • Remote desktop tools, monitoring and management software, and solid security software should already be in your toolkit so you can diagnose issues, patch systems, and verify that everything stays malware-free without visiting our office. • When someone leaves, you will back up their data, revoke credentials, and wipe the hardware before it is reassigned. • Best-practice security reviews, OS and application updates, and tidy user-permission hygiene are baked into your routine, not afterthoughts. We work fully remote and are most comfortable collaborating across India-based time zones, though location is flexible as long as response times stay sharp.
