I am looking for a patient Word expert who can coach me live (phone + screen-share is fine) while I work on a manuscript. We will start with pagination—specifically, inserting page numbers, using section breaks so numbering can restart or switch styles, and beginning the count on a later page rather than page 1. Once I’m comfortable with that, we will move on to text styles and fonts, setting up consistent headers and footers, deleting large blank spaces in one step, and finally carving a large document into separate, clean files. I pay by the hour and typically set aside between $25 and $50 per hour depending on how smoothly the session runs and how quickly I can apply what you teach. After each call I’d appreciate a brief recap or cheat-sheet of the steps we covered so I can practise on my own.
