Remote outbound call agents (multiple hires) for the Electronic Recycling Association (era.ca). Call businesses to book free e-waste pickup appointments, log outcomes in CRM, some email follow-up. Script and training provided. FIRM schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Sydney, Australia time. Fluent spoken English required. Must have quiet workspace, headset, 20+ Mbps internet with backup internet, and backup power (UPS/inverter/generator). USD $3-5/hour, long-term.
