Title: Freelance Paralegal – Debt Settlement & Recovery Support (Remote) Description: Marathe CredCare Private Limited is expanding its Debt Settlement and Financial Resolution division and is looking for dedicated freelance paralegals to support our growing client base. Responsibilities: Handle recovery calls on behalf of clients. Draft legal notices, representations, and email communications. Coordinate with lenders, banks, NBFCs, and recovery agencies. Maintain case files and update client progress. Assist with debt settlement negotiations under senior guidance. Ensure compliance with RBI recovery guidelines and internal SOPs. Preferred Qualifications: Law student, LLB graduate, or experienced paralegal. Excellent written and spoken English. Good negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of debt recovery, banking, consumer law, or financial services is an advantage. Ability to work remotely and maintain confidentiality. Compensation: ₹3,000–₹5,000 per successfully managed case (depending on complexity and experience). Opportunity for long-term association as our client portfolio grows.
