Full-Time Social Media Content Assistant Remote | Work From Home | Flexible Lifestyle | Performance Bonuses We're looking for 1–2 full-time Social Media Content Assistants to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, full-time position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while helping manage and grow content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter). You'll primarily be creating and managing content for GymSkin, as well as one of the UK's fastest-growing viral content creators, whose videos regularly reach hundreds of thousands and millions of views. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes on high-performing social media accounts and gain valuable experience in the creator economy. About the Role You'll be responsible for editing, uploading, and managing short-form content across multiple social media platforms. Our workflow is simple and organised—video clips are automatically uploaded to our Discord server, so there's no content sourcing required. Responsibilities Download video clips from our Discord server. Edit short-form videos (captions, subtitles, text, timing, transitions, etc.). Upload content to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. Write engaging captions, titles, hashtags, and descriptions where required. Ensure all content is posted according to schedule. Maintain consistently high-quality uploads with excellent attention to detail. Communicate with the team regarding completed tasks and any issues. What We're Looking For Reliable, organised, and self-motivated. Strong attention to detail. Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X. Comfortable working independently from home. Able to meet daily posting deadlines. Experience editing short-form content is preferred but not essential. Good written English and communication skills. Willing to learn, accept feedback, and grow with the team. Passion for social media and an understanding of viral short-form content. Performance Bonuses In addition to your agreed salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses: $30 – Consistently complete all scheduled uploads while maintaining high-quality work. $50 – A video reaches 500,000 views within 30 days. $100 – A video reaches 1,000,000 views within 30 days. $50 – An account gains 500 new followers. $100 – An account gains 1,000 new followers. Team Communication To ensure everyone stays aligned and continues improving, we hold weekly Zoom meetings to review performance, discuss progress, provide feedback, and plan for the week ahead. Successful candidates will also be added to a WhatsApp group with the business owners for day-to-day communication, support, and task management. Why Join Us?
