I’m expanding my team on a fast-growing SJOR USA project and need a mid-level professional who can own our outbound US voice process from home. You’ll speak with American prospects during the 6 PM–3 AM IST window, uncover their needs, and convert qualified leads into paying customers. Strong, natural English and proven sales experience are essential, because monthly targets matter here. If you’ve already sharpened your skills inside Salesforce, you’ll ramp up even faster—our entire pipeline lives there. Daily work revolves around: • making and receiving calls to nurture fresh leads • updating every touchpoint inside Salesforce for full visibility • collaborating with our remote team so we improve scripts and close ratios together This is a permanent, full-time engagement paid at ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, entirely work-from-home, with plenty of scope to grow as you hit and exceed targets.
