I need to add ten remote, USA-based phone customer support representatives to my team. The role is strictly customer support—no sales pitches, no technical troubleshooting—just clear, friendly assistance to our callers. On a typical day you will answer general inquiries and resolve complaints, keeping a calm, professional tone throughout each interaction. The position is fully remote, but I do require that you have a quiet workspace, a dependable internet connection, and a phone setup that lets you stay available during the agreed-upon shift. You’ll be paid a flat $40 for each day you work, with prompt payouts. Because we handle sensitive customer information, every hire must pass a standard background check; please apply only if you are comfortable with that step.
