I’m building an online platform devoted exclusively to residential rentals and I want the user experience to feel as seamless and intuitive as 99acres. The entire site should showcase available homes, flats and rooms for rent, allow visitors to explore neighbourhoods on an interactive map and make it effortless for them to reach out to owners or agents. Core requirements • Property images, a location map and a quick contact form must be present on every individual listing page. • The design needs to be responsive so renters can browse comfortably on mobile, tablet or desktop. • An easy-to-use admin panel should let me add, edit or remove listings, upload photo galleries and manage inquiries. • Fast search and filter tools based on city, locality, budget and number of bedrooms will keep users engaged. I’m open to the tech stack you prefer—whether that’s a PHP/Laravel back-end, a modern JavaScript framework or a WordPress-based solution—as long as the final product is stable, secure and easy for me to maintain.
