I’m building a new SaaS product for Startersroom that continuously collects every freshly posted rental home in the Netherlands and delivers the matches straight to a subscriber’s inbox or WhatsApp chat. Here’s what I need built: • A crawler / scraper layer that pulls listings from Funda.nl, Pararius.com, Huislijn.nl plus any other Dutch rental platforms we decide to add later. • A smart de-duplication and filtering engine so users receive only genuinely new or updated properties that fit their search criteria. • A secure multi-tenant database and REST/GraphQL API that the web app and notification services can talk to. • User-facing web app (simple React or similar) where house hunters create an account, save search filters, pick their notification channel (email or WhatsApp) and manage their subscription. • Integration with WhatsApp Business API and a transactional email service (SendGrid, Postmark or your preferred tool) to push alerts within minutes of a new match going live. • Basic payment and subscription management so I can charge a recurring fee for premium instant alerts. • Admin dashboard for me to monitor crawler health, edit sources and view user metrics. Acceptance criteria 1. A live MVP hosted on my cloud account (AWS, GCP or Vercel—open to your advice). 2. Demo account that proves end-to-end flow: a new listing appears on one of the target sites, it shows up in the database, then an email and a WhatsApp message reach the test user within five minutes. 3. Clean, documented codebase and a short hand-off session so I can run the stack myself or hand it to another developer later.
