Our residential rentals team is onboarding several new property agents and I need hands-on help turning a flood of applications into a tight, qualified shortlist. You’ll jump straight into our Indeed dashboard, screen incoming resumes against my role criteria, and deliver a concise shortlist with notes that make next-step interviews effortless. Here’s how the collaboration will run: • You monitor and filter the Indeed pipeline daily, flagging only the strongest matches for experience in lettings, tenant management, or estate coordination. • For each recommended applicant you add a brief assessment (fit score, key strengths, any concern). • Once we agree on the final list you’ll coordinate first-contact emails so the onboarding sequence starts smoothly. I’m happy to share our existing job spec, scoring rubric, and access to the hiring mailbox once we begin. Please attach examples of past shortlisting projects—especially if they were in real estate or a similar high-volume field—so I can see your style in action. I’m aiming for an initial two-week sprint, but if we click there’s plenty more recruitment work in the pipeline.
