Given the scope described (full formatting/responsive pass, custom cart, Iron Gate Vault-based checkout with order authorization, CMS dashboard, SEO, deployment, and handover), I recommend a phased approach so you get working milestones instead of another open-ended build like the last one. This bid covers Phase 1: bringing all pages to your supplied design (fonts, colors, spacing) with full responsive formatting on your current Laravel codebase. Phases 2 (cart/checkout/authorization) and 3 (CMS/SEO/deployment/handover) will be scoped and quoted once I've reviewed your codebase and Iron Gate Vault documentation.
