Job Summary Primary responsibilities of this technical position will be microinjection of RNA and DNA into zebrafish embryos to assist in characterizing a tumor model of childhood central nervous system cancer. The candidate will screen fish for tumor formation, as well as perform molecular and biochemical assays (qPCR, Western analysis) and immunohistochemistry on tumor samples.
