Job Description Salary Rate: $20 - $21 per hour - Full Time Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members. Schedule Assisted Living team members. Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change. Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents.
