I’m organising a long-term pool of talent to tackle more than 230 individual residential assignments over the next few months. To cover the volume and keep turn-around times tight, I will be onboarding roughly seventy-seven architects and engineers and distributing the work in manageable packages. Each micro-project relates to single-family or small-scale multi-family homes—think concept layouts, full drawing sets ready for local submission, and the engineering that keeps everything code-compliant. You may handle one task or dozens, depending on your availability and proven reliability. Typical deliverable per task • A clean, well-layered CAD or Revit file with plans, sections, and elevations • Annotated PDF set ready for client or permit review • Supporting structural or MEP calculations when the scope demands it • A brief explanatory note summarising key decisions and assumptions Turn-around expectations, drawing standards, and file-naming conventions will be provided before you accept each assignment. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and similar mainstream tools are all acceptable, provided native and export files remain editable.
