I have a residential project that now needs clear, production-ready floor plans drafted in AutoCAD. All reference sketches, measurements, and photos are ready to share and I’d like them translated into a clean DWG that follows standard architectural layering, line weights, and dimensioning. The focus is strictly on the floor plans—no elevations or site layout at this stage—so accuracy, neat annotation, and logical layer management are what matter most. I work with PDF mark-ups, so an efficient back-and-forth for any tweaks is important and I’d like to keep revisions to a sensible minimum. Deliverables • One fully dimensioned residential floor plan in DWG and printable PDF • Native AutoCAD file kept to professional layer standards • Final sheet set formatted at A1 (or your default architectural size) ready for plotting Please include an estimated turnaround time and note any prior residential drafting samples when you reply; that will help me lock in the schedule quickly.
