I'm seeking a skilled CAD professional to create complete construction documents for a 2000 sq ft 1 story with basement, plus 2 1/2 car garage residential building project. The project is currently sketched up in PDF format. The documents should be completed in the next 45-60 days. Plot plan (have baseline survey), footing, foundation and framing plan, 4 cross sections, 4 wall sections, wall bracing details, 4 side elevations, Residential Energy Compliance Form, cabinet details and elevations, Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. We expect that it may take of 4 revisions to get to the final documents. Addn'l info: 9' high (nom) ceilings, vaulted great room, metal roofing, screened porch (rear), covered porch (front), walk out basement (unfinished), 10kw backup generator, 80 gal water pressure tank, drilled well (extg), water pressure booster pump, storm water (gutter) collection to 500 gal cistern Key Requirements: - Expertise in architectural CAD drawings - Experience with residential projects - Ability to produce comprehensive and accurate construction documents Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software - Strong attention to detail - Previous experience with residential construction documents - Familiarity with Carroll County, MD codes preferred
