I need an experienced quantity surveyor who can jump straight into preparing precise take-off sheets. The core of this assignment is take-off sheet preparation, not broader cost planning or contract work. The projects cover both residential and commercial buildings, and I will supply the latest sets of drawings in PDF and DWG. Your job is to extract every Architectural and Structural lineal, area, and volumetric quantity required for costing. Accuracy and a clear audit trail are vital; I want to see exactly where each figure comes from on the drawings. Use whatever professional software you are most comfortable with—Bluebeam Revu, CostX, Planswift, or traditional Excel—as long as the final sheets remain editable.
