I have a full set of residential architectural and construction drawings that now need to be turned into a clear‐cut estimate. The scope starts with a moderate-detail quantity take-off: every key element measured and traced, but without diving into shop-drawing-level minutiae. From those quantities I then need firm calculations for labour, materials, and equipment costs, rolled up into a clean bill of quantities and an overall cost summary. Along the way I want all typical estimating housekeeping captured—explicit notes on any exclusions or assumptions you make and a short paragraph flagging potential cost risks you see in the documents. Deliverables • Editable Excel file containing the take-off sheets, rate build-ups, and summary tab • PDF export of the same workbook for quick reference If revised drawings or clarifications come through, the estimate will need to be updated so it always aligns with the latest set. I’m happy to answer any drawing-specific questions you may have; the closer the figures match the project realities, the better for both of us.
