I need a detail-oriented estimator to turn my residential foundation drawings into clear, defensible numbers. On each job you will open the plans in Stack, build the take-off, and deliver: • Material estimates • Labor estimates • Full project cost estimates Most of my work reaches you at the completion phase, so accuracy and a sharp eye for last-minute scope changes are critical. You must already be comfortable navigating Stack, reading concrete and excavation sheets, and translating them into unit costs and summaries I can present to homeowners and builders alike. Please tell me: • Your proficiency level with Stack and any shortcuts or templates you rely on • Two or three recent foundation, concrete, or excavation estimates you have prepared (links or screenshots welcome) • How many hours per week you can dedicate if this grows into an ongoing arrangement I review submissions daily and will share a test set of plans with shortlisted freelancers. Quick communication, consistent formatting, and reliable turnaround will lead to regular assignments.
