Draft. Before starting drawing, it is important to discuss and agree I need 2D ideas of functional layout (concept) or Scratch at a scale of 1:100 of a single-storey single-family residential house, monolithic construction with reinforced concrete and bricks, about 450 m² : sketches, diagrams drawn or drawn by hand with a pencil or on a computer and or ideas, connections between rooms. The concept must demonstrate excellent architectural and functional logic, with clear zoning, convenient and direct connections between rooms, correct room proportions, privacy, sound insulation, good orientation to sunlight, energy efficiency and realistic buildability. I am not looking only for an attractive shape, but for a carefully considered and practical home layout suitable for everyday family life. If it is easier and faster for you to draw on a computer with exact thicknesses of walls, windows, doors and furniture, do it as you like. If you want to suggest facades and a roof, and if that doesn't bother you, do it. Several options in case they are very good or only one option in case the other options have disadvantages. The best option may have several sub-options. The house will be located on the plot/parcel as follows: 11m from the street which is on the north side and at equal distances from the east and west about 25 meters and about 16-20 meters from the south. It may border the entrance hall - garage for two cars to the north next /close to the kitchen storage room about 42 m² -mudroom between the garage and the living room 6 m² Technical rooms and storages north or west: - 1Main technical room: heat pump, buffer, boiler, collectors 10 m², - 2.Water/filter room: softener, filters, hydrophore, borehole, pool, others 7 m², - 3.Electrical/main panel, others, 3 m², - 4.Low-current/server room, others 3 m², - 5.UPS/batteries for smart/security, if separate, others 2 m², - 6.Photovoltaics — inverters/batteries, others 5 m², - Large storage for seasonal items/suitcases, others 8 m², - Storage for tools/garden equipment to the house, others 12 m², - Storage for car tires in the garage, - Storage for wood/barbecue supplies, others 4 m², - Technical for irrigation, others 3 m², some of these rooms can be combined to save doors - room for vacuum cleaner, brooms, rags, cleaning products 2 m² - niche in front of the entrance 6 m² - Entrance from the north with an entrance hall measuring about 250/500cm about 12 m², wardrobe at the entrance 5 m² - wet room(laundry) to the north or west about 12 m² -- South verandah/Barbecue to be located next to the kitchen about 50 m² that have sliding glass doors. total about 450 m² of bright area for the whole house. - Correct shapes of the rooms There may be a pool to the south in time The place of construction is Bulgaria In case I have missed to describe something, write to me I want the right to use and further develop the chosen concept with another architect. When I approve the concept I will order the development of a plan with exact thicknesses of walls, windows, interior, facades and roof (exterior) and I will pay more money. Skylight, flat rooflight and a raised clerestory roof or roof monitor over the living room, with north- or north-east-facing clerestory glazing are they have disadvantages? I am afraid my living room is need. Please don't use artificial intelligence. It does beautiful things but they are not quite right about a house plan. It still can't replace the thinking of an architect. There is no point in using it to make a plan!!!. I have used it many times in many different ways but I haven't been able to create the plan I want. Every time it fixes something but gets something else wrong.
