I already have a clean, fully-grouped SketchUp model of a single-family home and now need it taken through SketchUp LayOut to produce a presentable drawing package. The set must include: • One fully dimensioned floor plan per level • Four exterior elevations with key heights called out • Two building sections placed through the stair core and the main living space All sheets need proper page titles, drawing titles, north arrows, graphic scales, and consistent line weights. Please set the viewports up at 1:50 (metric) on A3, lock the scenes back in SketchUp, and keep the LayOut file organized with clear layer naming so I can tweak finishes later if needed. Send back the LayOut (.layout) file along with a PDF export ready for printing. If you are comfortable adding basic material hatching for walls and insulation, let me know—that would be a bonus but isn’t mandatory.
