I have a set of residential drawings that require a clear, line-item cost estimate before we move into permitting and bidding. Because the project is still in the pre-construction phase, accuracy on quantities, current U.S. material prices, and regional labor rates is essential. What I need from you • A detailed quantity take-off (Excel or comparable format) • A labor-and-material cost breakdown showing unit prices, totals, and mark-ups • Notes on any assumptions, exclusions, and contingency percentages you apply Plans, specs, and any addenda will be shared as soon as we agree on scope and schedule. I expect a turnaround of one week once you receive the full drawing set. Regular check-ins via Zoom or phone are fine; email updates work as well. The final file should let me plug numbers straight into my budget model, so please keep formatting clean and references clear (CSI divisions preferred). If you have experience estimating single-family or small multi-family homes in the U.S. market and can document your sources for pricing, I’m ready to start right away.
