I have a steady flow of electrical projects that range from single-family homes to busy commercial spaces and light industrial facilities, and I need one reliable, licensed electrician who can confidently take on every aspect of the work. On the residential side you’ll be handling complete wiring or rewiring, main service and sub-panel upgrades, and both interior and exterior lighting installations. The jobs can involve any room in the house—living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, garages, even patios and garden zones—so versatility and clean workmanship are essential. Beyond homes, I also receive commercial and industrial calls that demand the same level of precision and code compliance. If you can read plans, size conductors correctly, pull permits when required, and coordinate with inspectors, you’ll fit right in. You should supply your own calibrated testing equipment, bring an up-to-date understanding of NEC or relevant local codes, and be comfortable working independently or alongside other trades when the project scale demands it.
