Triplex apartment building. Approximately 2100sqft total or 700sqft per unit. Single story. Need architectural blueprints ready to take to engineering. I need elevations, roof plan, framing plan, and a foundation plan to go with the blueprints. I have a rough sketch of the layout I want and need you to bring it to life. Each unit is identical so it should be fairly easy to throw this together. I attached my rough sketch. Need someone ready to get to work sooner than later.
