When trying to upload my book manuscript and book cover to IngramSpark, I get the following message: "ISBN: 9781764725507 Title: ???????? ???????? ?????? ??? ????? ?????????? Contributor 1: Sidrak, Yousry L Reason: COVER: PDF DOCUMENT SIZE IS INCORRECT The template was used, however the PDF document size does not match the source template document size. The PDF document size is noted in the lower left corner of the template. The cover file is submitted at a size that is scaled smaller than its original size. This could be due to incorrect presets when exporting the pdf. Using 'Smallest File Size' makes it low-quality. Switching to High Quality Print or Press Quality could resolve this issue. Ensuring that the cover file is set at 300 ppi when exporting to pdf is recommended as well. COVER LAYOUT SUBMITTED IS NOT BUILT TO THE CORRECT SPECIFICATIONS We recommend using a cover template, the template contains all the correct guides and measurements for your specific cover. A template can be downloaded from the Resources section of the website." For guidance on file creation please refer to the IngramSpark File Creation Guide. If required, revised content can be uploaded to your account by searching for your title in the Titles tab, clicking on the title name, and then clicking the 'Upload New Files' button. So, if I send you manuscript and book cover, will you be able to make them compatible and up-loadable to IngramSpark?
