I’m looking for an experienced operations professional who can be physically present in our office each working day and take full ownership of daily activities. Your core mandate is straightforward yet critical: keep the operation running smoothly while steadily making it better. What you’ll be doing • Oversee all day-to-day workflows, quickly removing roadblocks so the team can stay productive. • Manage discrete projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating people, timelines, and resources. • Spot bottlenecks or waste and drive process-improvement initiatives that raise efficiency and quality. Essential skillset • Team management – you know how to motivate, coach, and hold people accountable. • Data analysis – you’re comfortable extracting operational data, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear actions. While supply-chain exposure is a plus, it isn’t mandatory; what matters most is your ability to keep operations humming and continuously higher-performing.
