MYOB’s recent overhaul has left me unable to get my businesses back online. The main road-block is superannuation: I used to have a working super account in MYOB, but it’s no longer visible and I can’t run Payday Super at all. Here’s where I need your help: • Re-establish a fully compliant superannuation account in MYOB Business. • Retrieve or migrate any historic super data that might still exist in the file. • Link the new super account to payroll so contributions flow automatically through Payday Super. • Walk me through the process so I understand future compliance steps and reporting. You’ll be working directly in my live MYOB file via remote session, so proven expertise with MYOB Business (or AccountRight in its current cloud form) and Australian super legislation is essential. Once everything shows online, I’d like a quick checklist or screen-share recording explaining what you changed for my reference.
