Due to various changes, the project unfortunately needs to be put out to tender again. A failed Rocket LMS migration must be migrated back to a root server and, where necessary, fully configured (logo, colour schemes, payment system, etc.). BigBlueButton must also be installed on the root server, and you must check whether the relevant LMS configuration is still working or, if necessary, supplement this configuration. Once everything is running smoothly, hold a short session to guide our staff through the new environment: how to launch BBB rooms, update branding assets and ensure that future updates will not overwrite the customised work. In general, the following tasks need to be carried out: • Configure the new root server, including security settings. • Migration from Rocket LMS and activation or repair of the old configuration (logo, colour scheme and layout modifications) • Install BigBlueButton on the new server and integrate it with Rocket LMS • Functional testing of the full platform, including live classes • User handover and brief training walkthrough The old version is obviously still available (Git) or from the old Space
