My WordPress header and footer vanished after a recent edit and the site now loads more slowly than before. I want those sections rebuilt exactly as they were—navigation, logo, widgets, colours, everything—using the screenshots I still have as reference. The theme and core files should stay untouched beyond what is necessary, and any custom code you add needs to be clearly commented so I can maintain it later. Once the layout is back in place, I also need a solid round of performance tuning. Please clean up unused assets, set up sensible caching, compress images, and minify / combine files so the front page consistently scores well in PageSpeed Insights and feels snappy on mobile. Deliverables • Re-create header and footer to match the screenshots pixel-for-pixel and fully responsive • Reinstate previous menus, logo placement, widget areas and any custom HTML that used to sit there • Optimise overall site speed, aiming for a green PageSpeed score on both mobile and desktop without breaking functionality I will provide admin access, the screenshots, and any plugin licences you recommend (e.g., WP Rocket, Autoptimize, ShortPixel). Once complete I’ll review the design on desktop, tablet and phone, run a speed test, and if everything checks out we are done.
