My resume needs a full redesign that will sail smoothly through Applicant Tracking Systems while still looking sharp to human recruiters. The content is already written; the challenge is formatting and keyword optimization. I am targeting a small set of specific job titles, so section headers, phrasing, and keyword density have to reflect that focus without appearing stuffed or generic. Key elements I expect: • Clean, parser-friendly structure with consistent heading hierarchy and minimal graphics that could trip automated screeners. • Strategic placement of role-specific keywords and measurable achievements so both bots and hiring managers immediately see the fit. • A visually balanced layout that prints well and opens flawlessly in Microsoft Word and PDF. • Brief guidance on why particular keywords, font choices, or layout decisions improve ATS compatibility, so I can tweak the file confidently for future roles. Standard Cover letter based on my Resume Deliverables: 1. Editable Microsoft Word document. 2. Matching PDF. 3. One-page explanatory note outlining ATS considerations and targeted keywords. The job will be complete once the files pass a standard online ATS scan with no formatting errors and the content reads naturally for the intended job titles.
