I already hold the full package of source material—PDFs of the city-permitted set, my designer’s mark-ups, the structural engineer’s calculations, and a clean DWG file. What I now need is an updated drawing set that framers can build from and city inspectors can approve without questions. Scope of the update • Floor plans and elevation plans only; section sheets remain untouched. • All work must align with the National building code, matching the structural notes that are already stamped. • A few minor design tweaks are still pending (sliding door location(s) (removing a window), relocating windows) but no wholesale redesign. Workflow I have in mind I will send you the DWG plus red-lined PDFs and the designer's dimensions. Iwill provide a punch list of changes. If needed we can chat or have a call. You overlay the engineer’s call-outs, incorporate the design adjustments, tag every change with cloud bubbles for easy comparison, and return a coordinated set in both DWG and print-ready PDF. Deliverables 1. Updated floor plans (DWG + PDF, 1/4"=1'-0" scale) 2. Updated elevation sheets (same formats & scale) 3. Title block revision list noting every sheet change 4. Coordination check confirming structural notes are carried through Acceptance Drawings must read clearly for framers (dimensional completeness, header sizes, sill heights) and pass the city’s plan check on the first submission.
