I already have completed house plans in CAD format (.dwg) and now need them revised. The brief touches both the exterior appearance and the internal layout, so the job is wider than a simple dimension tweak: • Exterior – elevations must reflect the latest design decisions (roof-line adjustments, window placements, façade details, etc.). • Interior – several walls shift, a new room is being inserted, and measurements throughout must stay consistent after those moves. You will receive the current CAD files plus a marked-up PDF that highlights every required change. Your task is to open the originals in AutoCAD (or a fully compatible package), apply all edits, and return: 1. Updated .dwg files with clean layers, no stray objects. 2. A matching, print-ready PDF set at 1:100. All geometry must close properly, dimensions must update automatically, and any construction lines or temporary references should be purged before delivery. If something in my notes conflicts with existing structure, flag it for confirmation rather than guessing. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on a delivery schedule, and I’ll respond quickly to clarification questions so you can keep moving.
