Our current architectural file needs a focused round of layout adjustments so it accurately reflects how the space will be used day-to-day. I will provide the existing DWG/PDF plan; your job is to open it in AutoCAD (or comparable BIM/CAD software) and update three zones: 1. Workstations – reconfigure the desk grid for better circulation and insert low partitions/dividers where marked. 2. Conference rooms – fine-tune table positioning, door swings and seating counts to match the new furniture schedule. 3. Common areas – realign lounge seating, copy/print alcoves and pantry counters so they read correctly on plan and on the reflected ceiling if applicable. Deliverables • Updated DWG and a clean, printable PDF in 1:100 (or original) scale • A brief change log layer-keyed or clouded so we can see every modification at a glance • All dimensions, tags and room names kept consistent with the office’s existing drafting standards Acceptance will be based on: • Accurate placement of every new workstation module and partition line • Clear dimensioning with no overlapping text or leaders • Layers and line-weights matching the template we supply The drawing file is ready to send as soon as we agree on timing.
