I already have the entire unit modeled in Revit 2025 and I’m experimenting with Veras, but I need an experienced hand to bring the model to life with the right finishes and a few missing fixtures. Scope and priorities • Dining area first: please model and place the selected pendant lights, apply every finish and material, and produce clear, well-lit views that show the client how the space comes together. • Next, the two bathrooms: vanities, wall sconces, mirrors, surface-mounted ceiling lights, plus all specified wall and floor finishes. • Then the entry and living room: add the ceiling fan, door hardware, any remaining fixtures and finishes, and generate matching render views. Floors are oak narrow plank. Walls off white, ceiling painted white concrete, windows black frames. Important that all new finishes, especially tile, are modeled accurately. I’ll send direct website links for every product—about 95 % are already chosen—so you can load accurate textures or create quick custom materials. Photorealism isn’t mandatory, but the renderings must be clean, convincing, and consistent across all rooms so the client can sign off on colours, woods, metals, and lighting temperature. Tools Revit 2025 file is ready for you. If you prefer to keep everything inside Revit/Veras that’s fine, but feel free to use other rendering software for speed as long as you return updated Revit materials and export still images. Timeline & collaboration • Checkpoint renders of the dining area within 24 hours for early feedback. • Final package—updated .rvt file and exported JPG/PNG views for each room—by Friday morning (meeting is Friday afternoon). I’ll stay available for quick answers and approve as we go so you can keep momentum. Deliverables 1. Updated Revit 2025 model with all materials, families, and light fixtures placed. 2. Need a few elements modeled in Revit: two bathroom vanities, two bathroom mirrors, kitchen, entry, and bathroom ceiling light fixtures, two asian-inspire low furniture cabinets, dining room chairs, dining pendant (same copied at different heights in a cluster), ceiling fans, etc. 2. High-quality still renders (1920 px wide minimum) for: dining area, two bathrooms, entry, living room.
