Here are my specifications: Revit LT 2026 compatible. Native Revit geometry only (no retained imported CAD). Editable material parameters. Coarse, Medium, and Fine detail levels. Realistic appearance suitable for client renderings. Correct category and hosting. Optimized for performance. Clean, well-named parameters and reference planes. Origin centered and properly aligned. Purged before delivery. Can you work hourly? I want to try with one project and then see if I want to do further projects. These are for sauna heaters. They need to be modeled accurately since I will be doing realistic rendering, but light enough to not bog down the model.
