I already have clean 2D AutoCAD drawings for a straightforward mixed-use building and need them modeled into a native Revit (.RVT) file quickly. The job covers: • Three unique levels (ground-floor commercial podium plus two custom levels) followed by a stack of identical residential floors. • Full architectural build-out in Revit, including walls, doors, windows, stairs, and room tags. • Modern furniture placement throughout key areas to give an accurate sense of layout. • Basic structural items—slabs, columns, and beams—sufficient for coordination. • Special attention to façade details, as this portion will drive most of the exterior visualization later. I will supply the DWG set immediately. I’m looking for a fast turnaround and clean, well-organized families and worksets so the file is easy to iterate on once delivered.
