I need a field technician who can handle all rooftop-solar pre-installation visits within Bangalore. You will ride to each site on your own bike, carry a laptop for quick data entry, and wear the company T-shirt and ID that I supply so clients know you represent us. On every visit you will: • carry out a full site assessment, • talk the client through basic questions and expectations, and • record accurate measurements, photos and notes that you will upload in a short report before the day ends. A solid, hands-on grasp of solar layouts is more valuable to me than formal certificates—if you understand how to spot shading issues, capture clear pictures and translate raw measurements into a concise checklist, that’s exactly what I’m after. Because most homeowners prefer to speak in the local tongue, conversational Kannada (or another common Bengaluru language) is essential. All work is within city limits, but efficient routing and punctuality matter; travel costs are on you and factored into our pay structure. Deliverables I will check: • Same-day digital report (PDF or Excel) with measurements, photos and your observations. • Any red-flag issues highlighted clearly so the design team can act fast.
