Descripción de la oferta

I’m ready to move from concept to code on a full-featured, multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce platform. The core system must let each subscribed merchant spin up a branded store, manage products, and accept payments out of the box. Deep, built-in reporting and analytics are non-negotiable so that every store owner can track sales, customer behaviour, and revenue trends without third-party add-ons. Payment-gateway integration is the first integration milestone. Stripe is our starting point, but the architecture should be clean enough to plug in additional gateways later. Although shipping providers and social media hooks are not part of this initial sprint, leaving clear extension points for them will save us time down the road. Tech stack is open as long as it supports rapid iteration, clean REST/GraphQL APIs, role-based access, and a modern front-end (React, Vue, or similar). I expect secure authentication (OAuth/JWT), tenant isolation, and scalable deployment—Docker-friendly and cloud-ready (AWS or GCP). Deliverables • MVP with multi-tenant store setup, product catalogue, and checkout flow • Stripe (or comparable) payment processing fully tested in live mode • Interactive dashboards covering sales, customer cohorts, and product performance • Clean, documented codebase plus deployment scripts/infrastructure as code • Short hand-off session and PDF guide so my in-house team can run day-to-day ops Acceptance criteria 1. A new tenant can register, configure a store, and process a live payment in under ten minutes. 2. All analytics dashboards load in under two seconds for a data set of at least 10,000 orders. 3. Linting, unit tests (>80% coverage), and CI/CD pipeline pass without manual intervention. If you’ve shipped SaaS products before—especially anything subscription-based—let’s talk timelines and your preferred stack so we can get this launched quickly and cleanly.
