Commission-Only Lead Finder for Real Estate Agents & Local Businesses (USA) Project Description: I am looking for a proactive freelancer to help me find and sign up paying customers for two SaaS products: Replivo.ai – Real Estate Agent System USA only ReviewPulse: Small business across the USA only. Ideal leads: Agents who actively use online marketing, and are open to improving lead generation, follow-up, and review management. Local Business Reputation SaaS – Low Review Businesses Target: Small local businesses across the USA (contractors, dentists, restaurants, salons, etc.). Requirements: Must already have a website with google review. Must have noticeably lower Google reviews or ratings than their direct competitors in the same area (for example, fewer reviews or lower star ratings). Your Main Tasks: Research and identify qualified prospects that match the criteria above (USA only). Reach out using cold outreach (email, phone, social, or other legal methods). Explain the benefits of our SaaS solutions and convert them into recurring monthly paying customers. Keep a simple, accurate record (spreadsheet or CRM) of every prospect and customer you bring, including: business name, website, contact info, date/method of outreach, and outcome (interested, demo booked, converted to paying, canceled). I will compare your tracking sheet against my current paying customer database to verify and attribute each paying customer you bring. Compensation: This is commission-only. You receive 50% commission on the net monthly subscription revenue from every paying customer you bring. Example: If you bring 3 interested businesses and 2 of them convert into paying monthly subscribers, you will receive 50% of the net monthly subscription revenue from those 2 customers. This 50% commission repeats every month for as long as those customers stay active and keep paying. If a customer cancels, commission for that customer stops. Simple and aligned: you win when I win, and both of us benefit from long-term retention. Payment Method: We will agree terms through the Freelancer platform. Requirements: Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or sales (preferred). Comfortable with cold outreach that respects all applicable laws and spam/telemarketing rules. Good written and spoken English. Strong discipline in keeping accurate records of the customers and businesses you bring (for commission tracking). Able to work independently and report results regularly. How to Apply: Briefly describe your experience with: Real estate or local business lead generation. Cold calling and/or cold email. Explain what outreach methods you plan to use for: Real estate agents (Replivo.ai). Local businesses with weak Google reviews(ReviewPulse). Share examples of past results (if available), especially recurring clients or commission-based work. If you perform well, this can become a long-term partnership with steady recurring commission income from the customers you bring.
