I’m building a cloud-based platform that combines three pillars—an online marketplace, a recruiting suite, and a companion mobile app—and I need a seasoned full-stack developer who can take the project from architecture to launch. Marketplace The web marketplace should feel as smooth as the best e-commerce sites. Users must be able to leave reviews and star ratings, pay securely on-site, and locate what they need quickly through robust search and filtering. Stripe or a similar PCI-compliant gateway will be integrated for payments, while Elasticsearch (or an equivalent) can power the search layer. Recruiting Area On a separate dashboard, companies will post jobs, track applicants in real time, and search a centralized résumé database. Role-based access, notifications on status changes, and exportable reports are part of the core workflow. Mobile App The iOS and Android app will mirror the most important marketplace and recruiting interactions. Critical requirements are real-time push notifications (Firebase or AWS SNS are fine) and selectable in-app purchases for premium listing boosts. Offline mode is optional for a later phase, so architecture should keep it in mind but not hold up v1. Tech Expectations I’m open to React / Vue on the front end, Node / Django / Laravel on the back, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB beneath, provided the stack is scalable and well-documented. Clean REST or GraphQL APIs must connect web and mobile clients. CI/CD, automated tests, and Dockerized deployment to AWS or GCP will be part of the workflow. Deliverables • Full source code in a private repo • Staging & production environments configured • Web marketplace with reviews, payments, search/filter live • Recruiting dashboard with job posting, applicant tracking, résumé DB • Cross-platform mobile app with push notifications and in-app purchases • Technical documentation and a hand-off walkthrough Acceptance Criteria 1. All listed features function bug-free on modern browsers and latest mobile OS versions. 2. Payments pass live transactions in sandbox and production. 3.
